Beziers resembles more a Spanish town then a French one, due to the big promotion of bullfighting and the exhilarating festivities. The cuisine is also a little bit more Spaniard as the local dishes will make you doubt that you are not in Spain.

Info: The room is spacious, calm and sober, the kitchen is elegant and refined, the service is discreet and effective and the rates are very accessible. This restaurant is by far the best in Beziers.

Info: At the heart of downtown two steps from the Madeleine parking terminal, Le Patio is shaded by an old olive tree, banana trees and refreshed by a fountain. Le Patio is covered in case of rain or cool evenings for lunch in the middle of summer.

Info: Small restaurant with discreet and effective service. Very warm ambiance due mainly to the antique themed decor as well as the small pleasant room. The kitchen is simple but of great quality.

Info: The restaurant is located in an old warehouse along the Canal du Midi. The kitchen is inventive and the menu changes often. The clarity of the menu, appetizing and original dishes and a very complete wine list make this place a must on your dining list.
